Hillsboro 2035 Community Plan Update
To keep the Hillsboro 2035 Community Plan current and relevant to our growing and changing community, it is updated every five years.
As part of the most recent update that began in early 2024, thousands of community members shared more than 4,150 ideas for Hillsboro's future. Once the ideas were sorted into the appropriate focus areas and grouped by similar themes, writing teams worked together to develop new actions.
Community members were invited to participate in an online survey and select their favorite actions in each of the five focus areas. 1,857 participated in the survey.
