Individual actions in the five focus areas are implemented under the guidance of Lead Community Partner organizations. Lead Community Partner responsibilities include:
- Leading implementation of adopted actions
- Identifying Support Partners and resources to facilitate implementation
- Providing annual progress reports to the Community Plan Oversight Committee and/or the
Environmental Sustainability Committee - Participating in Hillsboro 2035 Community Plan events and celebrations
